1. Giveaway Overview

TheChristmas.com is celebrating the 2026 holiday season with an opportunity to win an unforgettable Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) concert experience.

One lucky winner will receive two VIP concert tickets and a meet-and-greet experience with Trans-Siberian Orchestra at an eligible 2026 holiday tour location, subject to availability and the terms below.

This giveaway is organized by TheChristmas.com, with prize fulfillment coordinated by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TheChristmas.com and organizations directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway ends on November 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to participate.

Existing Subscribers: Eligible TheChristmas.com email subscribers included in the giveaway at launch will automatically receive one entry as a thank-you for being part of our community. No additional action is necessary.

New Entries: Eligible individuals may enter for free by completing the giveaway entry form at https://thechristmas.com/pages/trans-siberian-orchestra-giveaway during the giveaway period. 

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the giveaway, regardless of entry method or the number of email addresses used. Existing subscribers who receive an automatic entry may not submit an additional entry through the giveaway form. Duplicate entries, entries submitted using false or invalid email addresses, and entries generated through automated means may be disqualified. TheChristmas.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules.

Opting Out of Automatic Entry: Existing subscribers who do not wish to participate in the giveaway may opt out of their automatic entry by emailing info@thechristmas.com with the subject line “TSO Giveaway Opt-Out” before the giveaway closes. Opting out will not affect their subscription to TheChristmas.com emails.

5. Prize Details

One winner will receive:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to an eligible Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert during the 2026 holiday tour.
• A meet-and-greet experience with Trans-Siberian Orchestra for two (2) people, subject to the prize provider's confirmation.

The winner may request an eligible tour location, subject to availability, tour schedules, and approval by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize package is $1,000. The winner is soley responsible for any applicable taxes.

Travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and other incidental expenses are not included.

The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged, except as permitted by the organizer or prize provider. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 4, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided or associated with the eligible entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and complete any reasonably required eligibility verification or prize acceptance documentation.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected through a random drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Once the winner is verified and accepts the prize, TheChristmas.com will coordinate with Trans-Siberian Orchestra to arrange fulfillment.

The winner's necessary contact information will be shared with Trans-Siberian Orchestra or its authorized representatives solely for coordinating the prize.

Concert dates, seating, meet-and-greet arrangements, and availability are subject to confirmation by the prize provider. The winner and guest must comply with applicable venue and event requirements.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and coordinate prize fulfillment.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from TheChristmas.com. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as needed to fulfill the prize. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. 

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.

TheChristmas.com reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, or violation of these rules, based on reasonable evidence.

TheChristmas.com may suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially compromise the integrity or administration of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Prizes will be awarded as described in these rules, subject to lawful restrictions and verified eligibility.
