Hibiscus Rosella Jam

Rosella are the fruit of the hibiscus flower. Hibiscus Rosella Jam is a sweet and tart preserve that is delicious on a fresh slice of bread.  A couple teaspoons in boiled water will make a delicious hibiscus tea.

Ingredients: Hibiscus Rosella, Sugar and Pectin
