1. Giveaway Overview

TheChristmas.com is celebrating the 2026 holiday season by giving you the opportunity to win tickets to Kansas City Ballet's production of The Nutcracker.

Two lucky winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a performance of The Nutcracker, subject to performance-date availability and the terms below.

This giveaway is organized by TheChristmas.com, with prize fulfillment coordinated by Kansas City Ballet.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of TheChristmas.com and organizations directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway ends on November 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

Entries received outside the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to participate.

Existing Subscribers: Eligible TheChristmas.com email subscribers included in the giveaway at launch will automatically receive one entry as a thank-you for being part of our community. No additional action is necessary.

New Entries: Eligible individuals may enter for free by completing the giveaway entry form at https://thechristmas.com/pages/kc-ballet during the giveaway period.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the giveaway, regardless of entry method or the number of email addresses used. Existing subscribers who receive an automatic entry may not submit an additional entry through the giveaway form. Duplicate entries, entries submitted using false or invalid email addresses, and entries generated through automated means may be disqualified. TheChristmas.comreserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules.

Opting Out of Automatic Entry: Existing subscribers who do not wish to participate in the giveaway may opt out of their automatic entry by emailing info@thechristmas.com with the subject line “Kansas City Ballet Giveaway Opt-Out” before the giveaway closes. Opting out will not affect their subscription to TheChristmas.com emails.

5. Prize Details

Two winners will each receive:

• Two (2) tickets to a performance of Kansas City Ballet's The Nutcracker.

Winners may select their preferred performance date, subject to availability with the venue.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $78–$308, depending on the performance selected and ticket availability. Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred, sold, resold, raffled, or exchanged.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 14, 2026.

The potential winners will be contacted using the email addresses provided or associated with their eligible entries.

The potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification and complete any reasonably required eligibility verification or prize acceptance documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected through a random drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Once the winners are verified and accept the prizes, TheChristmas.com will coordinate with Kansas City Ballet to arrange fulfillment.

The winners' necessary contact information will be shared with Kansas City Ballet or its authorized representatives solely for coordinating the prizes.

Performance dates and ticket availability are subject to confirmation by Kansas City Ballet. The winners and their guests must comply with applicable venue and event requirements.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winners, and coordinate prize fulfillment.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.

TheChristmas.com reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, or violation of these rules, based on reasonable evidence.

TheChristmas.com may suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially compromise the integrity or administration of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Prizes will be awarded as described in these rules, subject to lawful restrictions and verified eligibility.
